Description   This stunning breastplate is made by French saddlery company CWD, who are based in Normandy. The breastplate is attached underneath the saddle flaps to the girth straps, which anchors the saddle and prevents it from slipping back in a more effective way than when a breastplate is attached to the D rings of the saddle. Made of beautiful soft padded leather, with a bridge going over the top of the horse's neck, it is sold complete with a fully adjustable running martingale attachment. This breastplate really does allow the horse to use the shoulder and yet the saddle still remains in place due to the unique and yet simple design.
